Relocation Assignment

Detailed briefing to determine the client’s needs, priorities and available budget: residential area and characteristics, school enrolment for children, day-to-day family affairs, details of the removal. In accordance with the arrival date, we coordinate the whole process of relocation.

• Orientation pack: documentation handbook and information on the day to day life in Portugal, the city and chosen neighborhood;
• Costs of research, schedule of meetings and attendance to all visits;
• General information on contracts and expected costs (taxes, charges, agency commission) and summary of documents to be provided.
• We check and negotiate the terms of the contract and are present at its signature.

Checking In

• Entrance survey for unfurnished /furnished house
• Activation of contracts for Electricity, Gas, Water, Telephone, Cable TV or satellite
• All other extra assistance services requiring displacement: reception of removal, bank account opening, purchase of furniture...
• During your stay in Portugal, we remain at the disposal of the expatriate for punctual consulting and assistance in day-to-day management

Spouse/Partner Support

Major adjustments must be made when accompanying expatriates to new job locations. Spouse/partner assistance will help you with community involvement, continuing education, and volunteer opportunities. This program is designed to provide a clear understanding of the options available in your new city.

We also organize various courses (Painting, Culinary, Ceramics, Feng-Shui, Aromatherapy, Massage Techniques) and cultural visits to help you integrate in a new society and get to know in-depth Lisbon.
